Dr. Chandran earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University before completing his medical degree at New York Medical College. He then completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Stanford University, followed by a highly specialized hip and knee replacement fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital — one of the top orthopaedic programs in the country.

Dr. Chandran is highly skilled in robotic-assisted total knee and total hip arthroplasty, utilizing the latest robotic surgical technology to deliver precise, personalized joint replacements with improved accuracy and faster recovery times. In addition to joint reconstruction, he performs a comprehensive range of sports medicine procedures, including arthroscopic rotator cuff repair and knee arthroscopic surgery, helping athletes and active patients return to the activities they love.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Chandran serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he contributes to the education and training of the next generation of orthopaedic surgeons.
